About
I'm Tayna, founder of Elo & Co. My background covers sales, customer success, and project management, plus years spent as a retail and sales manager and an events manager. Keeping fast-moving things on track has been the throughline of every role, long before I ever called it "operations."
Right now, that shows up as running the operational side of three separate businesses at once: sourcing suppliers and agencies, coordinating staffing, finding business premises, chasing logistics, and holding the personal admin that comes with running that much in parallel. Two of those ventures are in the art world, a gallery and a museum, so exhibition logistics, installs, and gallery operations are territory I know firsthand. It's taught me exactly what a founder juggling several ventures actually needs. Not another tool, not a longer task list. One person who takes real ownership of the chaos.
I also have a background in hospitality and private dining, which is why founder events and dinners sit alongside the everyday support I offer. I can plan and run them end to end, not just manage the calendar invite.
